Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of peach
½ cup of mango
½ cup of pineapple
1 cup coconut water
½ cup ice
TOPPINGS
2 tsp Volupta Organic Goji Berries
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Hemp Seeds
1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds
Fresh Fruit of your choice
DIRECTIONS
- Add fresh or frozen fruit to blender. Top with coconut water and ice
- Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl no higher than ¾ of the way full.
- Add toppings and fruits of your choice
